Why is the 2024 List offered at different prices?
The List is offered at various prices to allow for various levels of support to the pet food consumer advocacy work of TruthaboutPetFood.com. The document is the same no matter what price you purchase at.
Please note:
- These pet foods can be purchased from quality independent pet foods stores, and/or directly from the manufacturer, and some are available in larger retail. Each manufacturer page in the List provides information on their specific distribution. Most are not available in large retail stores.
- This document is mainly for U.S. pet owners. Most pet foods on the 2025 List are available only in the U.S. Fifteen manufacturers have distribution in Canada, eleven offer limited international distribution.
- There are multiple options for raw, cooked (both shelf stable and frozen), freeze dried/dehydrated styles of pet foods, and one option for can styles.
After purchase you can download your 2025 List two ways...
#1 The quickest way for you to access the 2025 List is in the shopping cart. Immediately after purchase you will be directed to an Order Summary page. Click on the "Go to Downloads" on the right side of this page to immediately access the document. (Don't click off of this page until you download your document.)
#2 You will also be emailed a download link. The email will be an "order confirmation" (not the receipt email). We recommend you download the document in the shopping cart (above) instead of waiting for the email. SPAM filters can potentially block your receipt of this email due to it containing a download link. (PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS IS CORRECT IN YOUR ORDER.)
