Support pet food consumer advocacy and make your pet a star!

Ok...maybe not a star but your pet's picture will be featured on an article (first come, first published basis) and showcased on the Patron Pets Project page on TruthaboutPetFood.com.  Pet food consumers from all over the world will see your pet and know you are helping support pet food consumer advocacy.

One picture per $10.00 gift of support.  But please...if you can afford to, during the year please order again (and again) and submit a new photo.  This is also a great way to memorialize a pet too.  TruthaboutPetFood.com depends on the sales of products such as this to continue to advocate for pet food consumers.  TruthaboutPetFood.com is 100% supported by pet food consumers.

Full instructions to submit your pet's picture will be provided to you via receipt email (size, where to send...).  After purchase, you will receive a receipt email with download link to the instructions pdf.  Click on the download link - select 'Save File'.  Open the Patron Pets Project Instructions pdf and follow the simple instructions to send your picture.  Pictures need to be a minimum of 900 pixels by 600 pixels (3 inches by 2 inches).  Larger pictures are preferred (we can crop or resize as needed).  No people in the pictures, just pets.

Pet Patrons is THE BEST!!!

Posted by Sharon on 1st Apr 2022

I have followed Susan's work for many years but just recently discovered Pet Patrons. It's a win/win - especially for pet owners! It is a way to support Susan's amazing work on behalf of our beloved pets and a way to honor our pets - the ones we have now and the ones who have journeyed over the Rainbow Bridge. I plan on doing this on a regular basis!! It is a very small way to support the invaluable information and work Susan does.

Patron Pets do my heart good!

I love having this venue that allows continuous joy when I see each of my pets pictures online. It's also heartwarming to see how many other pet families clearly feel the same about their companions!

Heartwarming

I appreciate having this venue & enjoy being able to 'see' my dogs on the website - especially going to my first dog posted as a Patron Pet who ultimately succumbed to the toxic chicken jerky (unresolved) issue from China that Susan continues to report (the extreme failure of the FDA). It's a great way to honor your pet and to continue to support Susan's efforts!

Everyone who has posted here has expressed the same feelings I have for this option. I've put several of my pets on this site and will continue to do so.

Why Wouldn't I?

Posted by Katie Asling on 26th Nov 2018

I've noticed the Patron Pets for years, but only recently found we all can participate, and that it helps support Susan in her never-ending and trying work on behalf of our dogs' diets. I am always mesmerized by the patron photos passing by, and there was a literal pain in my heart for each that said "In Memorium" - accompanied by musings of the happy face, the grey face, the impish face that were no more. They all had one thing in common; they were obviously dearly loved. When one of my most beloved companions crossed the bridge, I was so bereft and feeling so inconsolable that I desperately looked for a way to help heal. I didn't want to talk about it, I didn't want to re-live it. This site was my answer. I just shared one of my favorite photos, and knew that others might think about her the way I did others. Then with a desire to help Susan with more than the mere $10, I started putting up other photos, both current and past friends, to support her work, work no one else is doing. In fact, I think I'm going to make Patron Pets of some of my best friends' companions as a Christmas present to them, especially those that are so difficult to find the right gift for! Why wouldn't I?!

Buy Yourself a Gift that Helps Others

Show off your fur baby or honor their memory. It all helps Susan to continue the much needed work that she does.
